We recognise that a strong leadership team is pivotal to our success and ensures that as the business grows, our DNA and values remain. As a result, we are delighted to announce key internal changes as part of a wider group restructuring program that will position the business for continued success. 

The following changes are effective immediately. 

James Sanders who served as Managing Director for 18 years, assumes the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO for PSR Group).

David Berks has been appointed to the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer for PSR Group. 

James Sanders comments ‘This is a new role within the business and underpins the development of the group. David has played a leading role in the group’s strategic growth, encompassing the companies which now form our group structure. He has succeeded in every position he has held and shown great commitment and been instrumental to the growth of the company. I am incredibly pleased to see David progress into this new chapter of his career.’

David Berks: ‘I am delighted and honoured to take up the position of Chief Operating Officer for the group, at this exciting time. PSR is a business that I have grown with over the last decade and whose values I share on a personal level.

We have an exceptional team across the five businesses, and I am confident that the strengthening of our organisational structure will continue to enable us to deliver on our long-term strategic plan and vision. A vital part of my new role will be to support the executive team as they maximise on the opportunities ahead and achieve ambitious growth across their individual brands.’

The journey to stengthen the group leadership team started earlier this year when the business appointed Dominique Dixon as Chief Marketing Officer to join the team and support the rapid growth of the group portfolio.

As a result of the above changes, John Berks has been appointed as Managing Director of our PSR Solutions brand, based out of the Stafford office and replacing James Sanders. In this role he will continue to oversee the business operation, expansion, and execution of the business strategy across the built environment market in the UK.
